This is a sophisticated split HVAC Hotel thermostat which provides on/off or modulating control for  fan coil unit, water valves. There are mainly two pyeps. 

 

1. Single thermostat with relay module. For this unit, max. 9 terminals. It can work for function as heat valve, cool valve, 3 fan speed, modbus or keycard or external sensor.  

 

2. Dispaly and relay module as split type. 

The thermostat display use touch button screen, which enable a sensitive touch operation. The relay module max. can make 24 termianls, it almost can meet all HVAC hotels applications. 

 

Between dispaly part and relay module part, they are three wires connection. 
-GND
-12V
-DATA
